REMOTE DELIVERY STANDARD

Close to the work.
Wherever you are.

International delivery works when decisions, responsibility and evidence stay visible. These are the operating practices we agree before a remote engagement begins.

01

Timezone agreement

We record the client timezone, planned overlap, response windows and the meetings that genuinely require both teams.

02

One decision record

Scope, assumptions, questions and accepted decisions are kept in a shared written system rather than scattered across calls.

03

Evidence-led reviews

Reviews use working journeys, prototypes, test evidence and release notes—not status language without a deliverable.

04

Named ownership

Every milestone identifies who approves, who supplies content or access, and who owns follow-up after the review.

05

Change control

A new request is assessed for effect on scope, timing and cost before it is added to delivery.

06

Operational handover

Production access, source, documentation, release steps, recovery notes and open risks are transferred at the agreed boundary.

A PRACTICAL CADENCE

Async by default.
Live when it matters.

Focused written updates protect progress across time zones. Live sessions are reserved for discovery, decisions, demonstrations and acceptance.
